Reviews and Ratings
During our stay at the hotel, we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, even though they lacked natural light and had a slightly oldish feel. The service provided by Lada and Denisa was very friendly and welcoming, especially in organizing a boat tour for us with excellent door-to-door service. The location, although appearing slightly run-down, was quiet and conveniently accessible to the metro and tram, making it easy to explore Prague. The dining options were good but lacked variety, with limited choices available during specific hours. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was pleasant, and we enjoyed the traditional style of the hotel's renovation opposite a famous Czech brewery.
I found this hotel to be a mixed bag - the rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable, but the strong smell outside and sometimes inside the room was off-putting. The service was pleasant and helpful, with staff being friendly and attentive, especially behind the front desk and in the breakfast room. The location was a bit strange but convenient, as it was quiet and out of the city, yet just a short tram or Metro ride into the Old Town. The dining options were quite nice, with a variety of choices, but there were occasional shortages that impacted the experience. Overall, the hotel offers a generally pleasant stay with a few quirks to consider.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, but a bit small for my liking. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly when it came to assisting with our travel documents. The location was convenient, just a short tram ride away from the city center. The dining options provided a good variety of regional products. Overall, a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks.
